1. Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or agree a consultation with Techcraftgrid, Level 11, 14 Französische Straße, Berlin 10117. A service engagement begins only when we confirm scope, fee and timing in writing. By confirming an appointment, you accept the version of these terms supplied with that confirmation.
2. Scope of advice
We provide document reviews, consultations, issue screenings and policy clinics described in the written engagement. The work is limited to the documents, facts and jurisdictions identified there. Unless expressly agreed, it does not include court representation, tax returns, immigration applications, collective bargaining or a formal legal opinion in another jurisdiction.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information, disclose relevant deadlines and supply legible documents in time for review. You remain responsible for decisions, negotiations and obtaining specialist advice identified during the engagement. Do not send personal data that is not necessary for the consultation.
4. Fees and appointments
Fees and any applicable VAT are stated before booking. Invoices are payable by the date shown. Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our refund policy. We may pause work where agreed information or payment is missing.
5. Intellectual property
The website text, visual design and general guidance belong to Techcraftgrid or its licensors. Your documents remain yours. A written action note is licensed to you for personal or internal organisational use; it may not be sold, published as our opinion or used to train a commercial knowledge service without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat consultation material as confidential and use it only to deliver and administer the agreed work, subject to legal obligations and the service providers described in our privacy notice. Confidentiality does not apply to information already public through no breach by us.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability for simple negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable loss typical of the engagement. We are not responsible for decisions based on incomplete facts, changed documents or advice used outside its agreed scope.
8. Website information
General articles are educational and do not create a consultant-client relationship. Employment and cross-border rules change, and a page may not reflect a visitor’s facts or current deadlines.
9. Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Berlin courts have jurisdiction. Consumers retain statutory venues and rights.
10. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to info@techcraftgrid.digital. We may revise website terms prospectively; an agreed consultation remains governed by the terms incorporated when it was confirmed.
