A policy people can follow
This clinic is designed for small employers whose written rules and weekly routines have drifted apart. Before the session, we read the current policy and a sample contract. During the clinic, we map the decisions that should be common across the team and those that need an individual agreement.
The session covers office attendance, exceptions, time recording, equipment custody, expense approval, workplace safety responsibilities and review dates. A decision record follows within three working days. Full policy drafting, works council consultation and cross-border payroll analysis are outside the base fee and can be scoped separately.
