1. Frame the real arrangement
Your enquiry should say whether you are an employee or employer, which document needs review, where the work will take place and whether a signature date is approaching. We reply within one working day with the appropriate consultation, fee and available times.
2. Send only relevant documents
For the flagship review, send the remote-work agreement, relevant employment-contract clauses and any policy expressly incorporated into them. Documents are due two working days before the call. Remove identification numbers, health information and unrelated employee records.
3. Meet with the text in view
The private video consultation lasts 60 minutes. We work through the points marked in advance, test them against the intended weekly routine and distinguish ordinary drafting questions from issues that require a tax adviser, immigration lawyer or employment-law solicitor.
4. Receive the action note
Within two working days, you receive a written note of ambiguities, questions and possible discussion points. It is designed for your preparation, not as a message to forward unchanged. If drafting or a specialist referral would be useful, that is stated separately with no obligation to continue.
Appointment readiness
Have the most recent version of the document, your intended home and office locations, expected attendance frequency, likely working hours and any plan to work abroad. A precise factual outline makes the consultation more useful than a large bundle of correspondence.
