Remote Work Arrangement Review — €240 including VAT
For individuals, this covers advance review of up to 20 pages, a 60-minute video call and a written action note within two working days. It is the usual choice for a remote-work addendum or a set of home-office clauses.
Employment Contract Check — from €290 including VAT
The starting fee covers up to 25 pages and a 75-minute video call. A quote is provided first if the contract incorporates lengthy bonus, equity, collective-agreement or policy documents.
Cross-Border Remote Work Screening — €190 including VAT
This 45-minute screening maps the tax, social-security, immigration, payroll and employment-law questions created by a planned temporary stay. It is not a clearance from advisers in the destination country.
Hybrid Work Policy Clinic — from €480 plus VAT
For small employers, the base fee includes review of one current policy and one sample contract, a 90-minute session and a decision record. Drafting, employee-representative consultation and implementation support are quoted by scope.
What can change the quote
Document length, number of jurisdictions, language, urgency, the number of participants and whether drafting is requested all affect the fee. We confirm the scope and total before work begins. There is no charge simply for sending an initial enquiry.
Payment and timing
Once an appointment is agreed, an invoice is issued for payment by bank transfer. Standard consultations are usually available within five working days. We do not offer an “emergency” surcharge; where a statutory or court deadline is close, we will instead tell you to contact suitable legal representation without delay.
